Kidzplay owns and runs indoor soft play centres in Yorkshire Founded in July 2007, with the purchase of The Time Machine and Kidzplay Harrogate was born. In November 2010 Kidzplay acquired the assets of The Funky Farm Ltd in Northallerton. The facility was extensively redeveloped and rebranded to become Kidzplay Northallerton. In February 2020 Sewell Party & Play Ltd completed the purchase of this centre and it now trades as the Crazy Kingdom, In January 2013 Kidzplay acquired the assets of Treasure Island in Boroughbridge and traded it as Kidzplay Boroughbridge, it was sold in May 2019 and now trades as Laughing Giraffe. In December 2018 Kidzplay acquired Little Bees Play and Party Ltd which has had extensive refit and now continues to trade as Little Bees. Kidzplay has a number of business systems that they have created in-house, from a membership system to a complete party booking system connected to the EPOS system also developed in-house. Kidzplay has also developed a back-end training and HR system called Kidzplay Hub that stores all records online including compliance reporting. Kidzplay also creates and develops all of its websites and social media campaigns. Kidzplay runs its own creative preschool programme called Kidzplay Create. The management is actively seeking other sites to further develop the Kidzplay vision and is actively seeking an equity investment partner to catapult Kidzplay into the next stage of its development.
