Great guys and good work but they are overwhelmed with jobs. Booking a time slot on line does not mean the job will be done on time. Received a follow up call from Jordan the manager. Not offering excuses but offering to put things right. I can't argue with that and appreciate the call. Nothing to put right other than next time I go ( which will be January for two new rear tyres) he promised to adhere to timing. Like I said good lads and good work done....now seemingly a good manager!

Brilliant customer service ! Jordan and Jacob at Harrogate were both incredibly helpful and very efficient. I recommend highly for MOT services and work needed on car. A very pleasant experience.
Really efficient service and polite staff, a big thumbs up to Jordan I would highly recommend and will definitely use Kwik Fit Harrogate again.
Absolutely amazing customer service was served by a lad called Jordan who went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright and safe with my car along with a smile and professional mannerisms
