Great selection of products available on their website with some love solar lanterns - just what I was looking for. I ordered a set of two and they were incredibly well packed but the glass on the larger one was slightly broken. I messaged Lights4Fun and they responded straight away through Instagram and I had an email today (the day after delivery) apologising profusely and saying they will of course send out a new one. Just had an email to say it is already with the courier! Really pleased with the service and the products were just what I was looking for.

External lights developed a fault after 8 months. Sent an email and Sophie was great and sorted the problem after a couple of emails back and for. New lights are on their way. No hassle at all, great customer service.

Good quality gear but.... they never answer the phone.. and I couldn't cancel an order I had placed - the same day I placed it. SO had to receive and now I am being asked to pay to post it back. That is not cool. Team , i know it's your busy time, so you should scale up your operation with temp staff to cope.... Been a loyal customer for years. That's now on the brink.
