Lovely staff, fast service,portions seem smaller nowadays but great food, clean, but you can get forgotten about when you sit in the conservatory. My autistic son is always welcomed. The music gets turned down for him every time and they always ask what is needed to make his visit enjoyable and bearable which is so much appreciated and more restaurants need this understanding. The same member of staff looked after us every time we went but unfortunately has left now to go back home, will be missed! Thank you Lucia!

Really nice place. Looks very nice and the staff take good care of you. Had the Sunday lunch which was really tasty, the chicken a little dry but overall very good and will be back.

Lucia is one of my favourite places as the staff are friendly and the food is good and reasonably priced. My first visit back was a little disappointing as the service was quite slow (keep in mind there is a two hour time slot), they kept bringing food to the table that wasnt ours. They also seated us at a table with no social distancing to the next table, then came over and said we couldn't sit there due to social distancing and moved us. Surely this should be mapped out! For the meal, I had the caesar salad which was delicious but could have done with more salad, fingers crossed this is just an adjustment to the new rules and normal service will resume.
