Absolutely gross service from one very hostile woman. My husband is a total sweetheart and your tone of voice offended even him. This is precisely the reason LUSH lost it’s sparkle- poorly trained SAs. LUSH used to be about making someone’s day, spoiling people. Having this woman on the register was like being disciplined. There was an obvious language barrier, but if you’re not totally confident with English, maybe just go slower and be more patient with the customer?! I came in to treat myself to a bunch of soap and bath treats after returning some Christmas gifts. I know returns are annoying. But that’s just retail!!! It’s not that big of a deal. So now all that happened is you didn’t get my spent money and I don’t get a luxurious bath. Being an ex LUSH employee this was a very disappointing experience. Passive aggressive “have a nice day”s don’t really get you very far when you’ve already behaved like that with a customer. I came in a year ago to this location and had a lovely experience with a girl who really understood what the LUSH vibe was. More of that. Less of the cliquey staff being rude and short tempered. Perhaps the level of staff is something to look at. The SAs are paid like garbage and for such a “progressive” company, it’s just absolute hypocritical nonsense.

Always smells amazing, staff are happy to help. An amazing range of products that are good quality and you know they're not animal tested or anything. My only complaint is that they put bathbombs in water to show you and it gives me a lot of anxiety because it seems like such a waste. They've got some lovely options for them at moment though, and the pricing I think is reasonable. If you want cheaper stuff, go somewhere else.

Was amazed by how lovely and helpful the staff were. Went to return a pot of moisturizer that I tried but it didn’t work for me, I know they reuse the pots and that’s why I took it back. Wasn’t expecting a refund or anything but the staff let me swap for a different product of the same value. I had no receipt and the product had been opened to try it. Thank you so much for your kindness and for being so helpful.
Always a pleasure. Your staff are so very happy and welcoming and helpful and friendly. This was our chance to stock up again since our previous visit to the Stratford upon Avon branch so we treated ourselves to six bath bombs. Can't wait to try them. Keep doing what you're doing. I've been a customer since cosmetics to go.
