Taxi driver was rude and obnoxious from the start. He took the long route and over charged us. When I rang up to complain the operator who answers phones for a living was the rudest most simple person I have ever come across, he was laughing on the phone and struggling to put a sentence together. Absolutely disgusting and totally inept.

Very good taxi company I will always use mainline. All the taxi drivers I haved throughout lockdown have been helpful on time polite and very chatty. Well done mainline
Booked their minibus to take us to the airport.5adults &a toddler with a car seat.Everything good going there.They were picking us up the following week so kept our car seat at their office.I contacted them twice to remind them to bring the car seat.They said it was on their system so wouldn’t forget it.They picked us up a week later without the car seat.The driver said he hadn’t been told about it.I contacted them next day and all they could say was that the operator was busy that night & forgot to tell the driver even though it was on their system.Will not be using them again.
AVOID BARRY BUSBY CAR 501 If you’re a young girl traveling alone then please avoid this guy. He made my girlfriend feel incredibly uncomfortable at 2 in the morning where there was no signal. Talking about the uses for his “large fingers” and how he is talking to girls online and how they send him explicit photos. Although I got an apology from the co owner who was genuinely sorry that this had happened, he also said it’s not the first time he’d been reported, we received no compensation or an apology off the guy himself. You’d have thought a man who has children of his own would’ve been able to choose his words more wisely.
