I'm not overly sure what the recent poor reviews are about, I went in, spoke to a helpful and polite lady, and signed up for the 12 month rent for pianos, which by the way is a great system (delivered on time and set up). Can't say there's any faults.

Avoid, or at least be warned you cannot exchange music books if you get the wrong one. Their returns policy isn't stated on their website or as far as i saw in their shop nor did any one tell me it couldn't be exchanged or refunded when i bought it. I had (wrongly) assumed like any other shop they offered a standard 28 days good will exchange. But their response was 'you chose it' we don't do exchanges because of copy right. Every other book/music shop I've asked since exchanges or refunds if it's in 'as sold' condition so I'm disappointed and would advise buy on line or go to York they are far more helpful there and will refund if you're not happy.

Good selection of guitars but no prices. (Apparently they change a lot.) Didn't feel comfortable trying the guitars out so left and went elsewhere.
