I requested an additional inscription for my mother’s headstone just before Lockdown and although it was short notice it was completed in good time for the planned get together. Every thing was done by phone and email as I live in Dorset.Unfortunately we were unable to travel to visit Harrogate cemetery. Niel and Sonya were so kind and sent me a photo of the headstone to share with the family. It looks great! I would like to say that the customer care and service was excellent. Every contact I had with Niel & Sonya was professional and caring . Thank you

My Father and Mother died in fairly quick succession. Neil and Sonya were very calm at what were stressful times for the family. Their all-in package takes the additional weight of arranging an event on top of everything else. They dealt with the family and guests with courtesy and dignity throughout the process, from the initial call, through the organisation, to the funeral itself. They enabled the family to focus on celebrating the life of our parents, happy in the knowledge that all the details of the funeral were covered. Neil and Sonya went that extra mile to smooth out difficulties, including changes of mind from the family. Family and guests were very complimentary about the service and that is in no small way due to the professionalism of Neil and Sonya. Thank you so much.
