It's like contacting the dead! Submitted an offer on the Barn @ Bishop Thornton. A female called to confirm the offer. I then called (leaving a voice message) and emailed 3 times over the next 3-4 weeks to check progress without any form of reply whatsoever. In the end I contacted the seller myself to check.
