This is an amazing old style 5 screen art deco cinema.

Excellent Covid-19 organisation - great communication with staff, clear guidance, felt super safe, plus great to see some great previously releases on the big screen alongside new films.

Your denial is very helpful it's very good service and makes things a lot safer for disabled people in the community and assistance is very helpful in the ODEON cinema

Great to see the Odeon back up and running. Gotta say, initially I felt a little nervous going back into an enclosed space with a lot of people. However the Odeon Harrogate team have got it all sorted. I booked on line and chose a seat that was available. When I arrived I had my ticket printed and then a member of staff took me to my seat in screen 5 which was how it was back in the day so glad to see old customs coming back into these strange times. I was told that I could take my face covering off once seated but if I had to get up and use the facilities then I had to put my mask back on. I was also informed that I had to stay seated at the end of the showing until a member of staff gave instructions to leave (which is a one way system). It sounds very regimental but the clear instructions and organisation is very welcome in these times. All in all I felt very looked after and very covid-secure. Thank you.

I went with my family last night to see Star Wars with CAPTIONS. Fabulous service and was so relieved that I didn't have to go and complain to the manager about the captions not being on (as I have done at other cinema venues). The captioned film was on at a good time too - 5pm so that was accessible enough. (Many captioned films are on at silly times during the day - Deaf people DO work!) Thank you for making it accessible :)

Prices a little higher than other cinemas I'm used to, but friendly staff and everything you'd expect from a cinema! Would recommend :-)

Great welcome by the young man inspecting the tickets at the cinema entrance. Pity they had not used a bigger theatre as cinema 5 was packed for the film "Judy", very uncomfortably so. However it was a great film and very enjoyable. Pity about the horrible toilets in cinema 5. It really is time that the Odeon spent some of their big income on bringing such facilities up to 21st century standards.

I love this cinema. It's a classic, yeh it could be better, but I blame that on it being run by a chain. The building is iconic & I've been going here since the 90's. Free postcards, movie posters, tbh I always bring my own food in because popcorn is way overpriced. However, when it reopens I will be buying all the sweets, nasty rollover hotdogs n nachos as well as cola buckets & beers. (I still think it's odd to drink in a cinema, is that just me?) This cinema is a Harrogate classic & should be the first & ONLY choice for when you want to see another Star Wars reboot N0 53: Seagulls, Stop it now.
