My previous rise chair had not been successful,so I was pleased to find Carl Drake.He was very knowledgeable,and calmly explained how his furniture was made,and worked.Without any pressure or rush I was able to buy exactly what I wanted.

Our friends told us about this shop after they bought a chair. We decided to visit the showroom (easy parking outside) and found an excellent choice of British made chairs and beds. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, nothing was too much trouble. My wife and I are very pleased with our choice. Their reputation for customer service and after sales care is well deserved, they truly go above and beyond. A delight to deal with this company and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Carl is helpful, polite, knowledgeable and, above all, not pushy. As part of his service, he delivered the mobility scooter and demonstrated assembly and disassembly and then supervised a test drive, having made clear that he wasn’t leaving until he was happy that it could be driven safely. We would certainly buy from him again.
I just wanted to say how delighted we are with our new adjustable bed, which was delivered last week. My husband and I are sleeping better than we have done in years! We bought a pair of rise recliner chairs last year from Carl and we were so pleased with how we were treated, that we didn’t hesitate to buy from him again. Carl’s product knowledge and customer service has been exemplary throughout.

Carl at Rise Mobility has been extremely helpful when assisting me to choose a wheelchair for a gentleman I have been working with. He went above and beyond to source the right chair and spent many hours considering the needs of the gentleman and making appropriate suggestions. I took my dad to this shop yesterday and was so glad I did. The owner ,Carl ,was super with dad and got him sorted with shoes/slippers and a reclining motorised chair.Carl took time to measure dad for his footwear and explained everything about the operation of chair in detail,giving dad confidence to use the chair in his own home. We were lucky as the chair dad liked was in stock and it was delivered that evening. I couldn't recommend this mobility shop highly enough. Excellent customer service!
