Extremely rude and unprofessional staff on door
Cheap fuel prices and pleasant staff.
Tried to buy some makeup foundation but couldn't find appropriate samples. Spoke to assistant who told me that samples got stolen and manufacturers didn't give any more. Said they couldn't open the bottle as it would cost the store 11. Said then should I buy it and if not right shade would cost me 11? Said it was up to me but maybe I should contact the manufacturers to get them to provide more samples. I said it was not up to me to do this and that I would be buying makeup elsewhere. Assistant complained to another shopper who said it was not her fault. I said I wasn't blaming her but that if sainsburys were selling the items perhaps they should discuss the situation with the manufacturers not myself as a customer of sainsburys. Was made to feel very uncomfortable by the assistant who only had to take responsibility for the problem instead of expecting me to deal with it. I will be buying my makeup elsewhere
I'm left my purse some where after shopping in Saintsbury's this afternoon. so panicing ! rang the store they said it's there.I have to say thank you very much either the staff or customer pick it up and take to the customer service. what a relieved !!
