I recently purchased my bike through the cycle to work scheme and Felix was incredibly helpful throughout. I live in London so this was an entirely remote transaction! I received my bike promptly, really well packaged, with the accessories I'd ordered already attached! Excellent customer service and support, can't wait to get back on the road.

One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. The covid regulations in the store made me feel very safe and the staff were incredibly helpful. The employee that helped me, Tim, was thoguhtful with suggestions and went above any expectations I would have. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Purchased a bike over 5k and when it was delivered it was clear that it had missed the quality control before dispatched. There were several issues with the bike and I had to call Harrogate (Tim). Tim very professional, had agreed that i go to my local bike store to get it fixed. My local bike werent able to fix the issue, however still charged me for their time. Harrogate paid for this cost and recommend that i take the bike to Chelmsford Specialised Concept Store. Kirean (Harrogate Branch Manager) arranged with Chelmsford to look at the bike. I just got my bike back to today and everything is now fixed on the bike and i love it My point is that occasionally mistakes happen. Its nature and we have to accept that. How an organisation deals with those mistakes/issues is what sets the elite business from everyone else. The way Harrogate dealt with this issue was brilliant. No fuss, no arguments, they just got on with it and wanted to ensure that me as a customer was not inconvenienced any further.
