Due to the lockdown, I made a purchase online. After waiting days to be delivered, I sent an email and Georgia with the customer service department replied that it was delayed and if I would prefer a refund. I immediately replied that I did NOT want a refund and inquired if I could change the delivery address to my home or pick up at a store. Georgia did not reply to my enquiry but instead decided to just cancel my order and refund me even though I specifically asked NOT to cancel or refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with the manner in which my order was handled. Avoid buying from this company online.
Very dedicated staff that seem to have been there a long time!
The store was clean and tidy, managed to find wanted I wanted easily. Downside, no mirrors anywhere so you cannot look at what your trying on and the aisles are quite narrow so constantly walking in to people or standing back waiting for them to move.
Walked in at 09:30 on a Saturday morning, can’t have been more than 3 customers in the shop and around 8-10 staff. Was planning to buy 2 pairs of trainers and a pair of football boots. Was completely ignored by all members of staff and when I did ask a young female staff member to check stock availability she told me they didn’t have any in stock and walked off. No waiting around to see if I might need to check stock of anything else, customers were being completely avoided by the staff and as a result we walked out without spending a penny. Avoid
