Really happy with the service I received, I had been deliberating between the 5010 and Bronson, bought the 5010 then changed my mind, they were happy to swap it over, gave me loads of useful information on sizing and kept me informed throughout the buying process. The guys at Stif were always on hand to give advice not matter how many times I asked, and I asked a lot! In particular Adam Nolan, he was fantastic and instrumental in helping me build my custom dream Santa Cruz hardtail. His assistance has been invaluable and continues to this day. I'm so glad I decided to choose a shop instead of an online only retailer. I highly recommend this company and my Santa Cruz is the nuts!

At the start of January I purchased a dream bike (& much needed upgrade to my current mtb!). I made contact with Isaac who confirmed it would take a month until it would be built & delivered; slightly disappointing as I had hoped it would have arrived in time to use on a ride which I had informed them. Unexpectedly, 3 days ago a mighty great bit parcel landed on my doorstep which could only be the bike! It is quite clear to see that Isaac & those at the Workshop kept me in their thoughts, and somehow, managed to pull off an early build and delivery date. This has exceeded any expectations, and I recognise the effort & hard work that has clearly been put in by everyone. Thank-you all, an extremely happy customer!! Bex
