Supple is now back open – Covid friendly. Last night I had ‘The Works’ this is 2hrs of muscle heaven! On my previous visit Victoria had found all my problem areas, including Hamstrings! She worked on these & also showed me different stretches that would help going forward. This work proved successful, last night Victoria commented on the huge improvements. Other problem areas were soon located & worked on, stretches given to do at home too. Having a sports massage by an accomplished sports women has so many advantages; Victoria is able to identify with the level of training, current phase & race goal, which is really important to me. Looking after your body is paramount to performance well-being & mental health. I strongly recommend Victoria, I feel amazing, thank you x

Victoria was brilliant! She has an excellent knowledge of techniques and theory and talked me through what she was going to do and made sure to tailor the treatment to my exact needs. I was really impressed with the treatment and felt it really ‘hit the spot’. I’ve already been recommending her to friends and family as it’s the best sports massage I’ve had in years. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
From beginning to end this experience was 5 star. Victoria was extremely accommodating in fitting me in around a busy on call rota. I had 'the works' and no muscle was left unattended. Victoria is extremely knowledgeable and throughout the session recommended stretches to try and help particularly troublesome muscle groups. I felt thoroughly relaxed as well as supple on leaving. Cannot recommend highly enough.
By far the best massage I've had - and it's not just for sports related ailments! I sit at a desk all day in an office so my back, neck and shoulders were tense in places I didn't even know existed. Victoria worked her magic to help ease the tension I had, all whilst explaining why she was doing it and how it worked - really interesting stuff!! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a de-stress! Thank you :)
