Sam has successfully created a haven of tranquility at The Ottoman Rooms. I love having a back and neck massage as a relaxing treat but even if I’m just having a leg wax Sam still creates a lovely pampering environment. More than ever in the current situation Sam’s professionalism and focus on quality, cleanliness and customer service play a key role in her success and keep customers like me coming back again and again!
