Very disappointing. Unhelpful staff who don't seam to really know what they're doing. Takes ages to get anything done and what they do is more often than not a problem. There are loads of other cellular shops around there and would recommend going elsewhere.

Mis sold a 'premium' phone case for a discounted rate of 22.50 to find it is a cheap 4 plastic case. They have then refused to give a refund the day after with the case in perfect packaging with receipt. Shocking company who's sales team are taking advantage of the older customer updating their phone and completely ripping them off for extra commission. Disgraceful
