had my hair cut and styled here about a month ago - great service, the young girls were a bit annoying who worked there, giggling and not listening when my stylist was asking her to bring the straighteners ect but my sytist was nice and hair was cut well

First cut since the lockdown and i was more than desperate. I was seen by Lois (i think..., sorry, i'm terrible with names). I've been going to the same hairdresser at Toni & Guy for almost 4 years but it was a different branch. I was worried about changing a hairdresser but was hoping that Toni & Guy quality will be consistent and i wasn't wrong. First of all i'd like to note that the salon was pristine, all staff had visors and customers had to wear face masks. The cut is very good and tidy, I'd pay more! Will definitely come again.

Was seen by Mel, the quality of the cut is average (by my standards anyway), could probably get the same cut for the fracture of the price (paid 60). Probably the cheapest looking haircut I have ever had (definitely for the price). Disappointed.

I have had nothing but a good experience at Toni and Guy, having been ill and recovered I went to have my hair cut and coloured. Stacey has cut and coloured my hair and I feel much more confident. The salon staff are friendly and efficient and I recommend the salon to all ages, I am 65!
