Having bought a house where the previous owners paid Ventrolla 8,347.00 for so called 'work' on 13 windows, I fail to see how they can charge such sums. i would welcome any inspection by Ventrolla to come and demonstrate the value in their work and as how they can charge 16 for a pair of brass sash lifts that can be bought on line from Mighton Hardware for 1.45 each. Also, the so called technicians installed the cheapest sash pulleys that money can buy using their 'VR90' adhesive and glued the sash pulley into place rather than attaching them using screws like any normal person would. I challenge Ventrolla to contact me and I will show them how bad their workmanship is. 1 Star is too high a grade for this company.

Perhaps the most unprofessional company with whom I have ever had the misfortune to deal. Order in February, deposit paid, and here we are in August with 1/4 of the job done, endless emails unanswered, promises of visits to complete the job broken, etc etc. A company to avoid. Famous endorser should be aware of what she is attaching to and remedy either the company or her affiliation with it. Utterly hopeless. Shame negative stars not an option. One star suggests a positive experience.
