I enjoy going to the shop to get my Heets each week. Lovely, helpful staff and friendly atmosphere. I am however a little surprised to see that the roof is still leaking after nearly a year, making the footing slightly dangerous even though the staff have made every effort to control the floods!

Absoutely appalling service! I spent over 100 4 days ago on a Regis Geek Vap and a pod that came free with it. The Geek worked fine for 4 days and then in the middle of a vaping session stopped working completely with no display coming up. I tried to charge it but no joy. The pod I smoked once after the shop assistant Stewart Randolph set it up in the shop. I took the vapes back expecting either an exchange or a refund but he said straight away that conveniently there was liquid damage on both vapes and weren't covered unde the guarantee.This makes no sense as it was working fine until it stopped working mid session. The assistant was very unhelpful and when I challenged his 'liquid damge diagnosis he gave me them back and said no exchange and no refund. I asked if i was within the refund time ( I'd only had it 4 days) and the same unhelpful and inflexible response. 2 of my friends told me they had bought vapes from the shop and had the same problem and were given replacement vapes immediately which he denied! Awful service and a total rip-off. I now have to follow it up with the manufacturers. Won't be going there again.
Used VPZ for a while, the new shop is really good. The new person Ben is so arkward. If your popping in there now for a few items beware that there is a minimum sale now but don't worry because they are next door to another vape store that does not have a minimum sales policy and are much more helpful and a little be cheaper too. There is no signs to say there is a minimum sale policy in force, unless they need the cash to pay for the new shop. I know places have a minimum on card sales but I had cash knowing I was only spending 3 quid
