I couldn’t recommend West Park Care enough, especially in this current climate. They go above and beyond with the specialist services for my grandparents. They have their clients needs at the top of their agenda with the warm family approach, which was exactly what I was after in this service of need. The regular updates and communication from their office staff give great comfort that they are being well looked after as well as having a plenty of fun at the same time. I cannot praise West Park Care enough, they have been looking after my uncle who is housebound now for 6 months. He looks so forward to seeing the Carerers each day, he said they are always smiling and even sing to him, they really brighten up his days. If there’s any issues with his health we are advised but they also contact the Doctor and get it sorted straight away. They have sorted out all his medication. Having West Park Care takes the worry away from us as we all work full-time. Thank you to a great team.
