I rarely write reviews, but feel Fraser and his team at Yorkshire Appliance Repairs deserves the best. Despite 'oven trouble' on a Friday evening, nothing was too much trouble - and of course the issue was fixed within minutes. It's so refreshing to find a company that arrives on time, fixes the issue and leaves with a smile and a thank you. Awesome.

Fraser got back to us quickly on a Friday afternoon regarding an error message on our washing machine. He explained it was easy to fix, gave us clear instructions, and suggested we have a go. It was, and we got it working with no problems. He said was difficult to justify a callout fee for such a quick job.

Contacted this company as our oven decided to pack during lockdown, at first I was concerned about letting tradesmen into the house but was soon reasssured by Frasers professional work ethics. He made sure that he kept his distance, wore gloves and wiped everything down that he touched including the floor. Would not hesitate to contact him again for if we need other appliances looked at.
