Knowledgeable staff, professional approach. Excellent choice of pets from beginner to more advanced species. Clean and well set up shop floor with plenty enclosures. Animals look healthy and well looked after. Overall we spent a great time there and left happy with our purchase.

Visited today (opening day) and left with a couple of new friends. The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Will definitely be back again soon
Absolutely brilliant to have such a well-stocked shop and with such knowledgeable staff in Harrogate. Tom and Ben (and Nirvana, of course!) are great to deal with and even though we only went in to say hello and have a bit of a browse, we walked out with a Blue Tongue Skink who is now the love of my life (but don't tell my snakes or my husband that...). If you're looking for live or frozen food, or for an exciting range of reptiles and all the equipment you could ever need including full set-ups, check out Yorkshire Reptile. All of the animals are kept to the highest possible standards, which is what you want to see in the industry and if all reptile shops were like this one, then the industry would have a pristine reputation indeed!
Popped in today and the guys couldn't have been more friendly or polite. Lovely selection of animals even though they have just opened. Will definitely be coming back. Keep up the positive feel guys.
Visited last week, fully impressed by everything, from set ups, to animal welfare to prices and to just how pleasant the guys were. Great place!
An amazing new shop! Customer service is like no other, lovely staff and a great range of animals, the shop is very clean and all animal of the set ups are immaculate!
