I enquired about using 365 Villas, unfortunately no one responded and I was unable to reach anyone to understand how to use the service (the phone number listed does not work). Consequently I did not set up any account, however that hasn't stopped 365 Villas from taking a 173 payment and not refunding me. I have not been contacted by this business at any point and I strongly query if it exists at all given the lack of contact details on the website. I would strongly avoid this business at all costs, not only do they have no customer service, they scam you into taking money. There are many good PMS systems out there, do not touch this one.
