This company is connected to student loans.! Due to a mistake by student loan finance been spoken to like dirt totally disrespectful and not understanding in this current climate being in the middle of a lock down due to pandemic! KEEP WELL AWAY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED

Cardiff University are a client of ACT Credit Management Ltd. The University sell their debt to this company, who in turn, badger, intimidate, bully and harass their victims ceaselessly in an attempt to recover the debt, plus a sizable commission. It is a well-known fact that Cardiff University is struggling financially and has just had its credit rating downgraded to a dismal Aa3 by Moody's, but why a prestigious Russell Group University like Cardiff should be cooperating with this rogue agency beggars belief. All I can say is that the future doesn't bode well for Cardiff if they continue to break bread with the bullies at ACT Credit Management. As other negative feedback about this corporate enterprise amply testifies, ACT are not to be trusted. They are mercenary, insensitive, and only interested in making a fast buck. In these difficult pandemic times, when so many are struggling, ACT should be ashamed of themselves.

Spoke with a Mr. Dipesh Anand who was very unprofessional and didn’t have an ounce of respect as someone who handles accounts various clients you would think one would show some courtesy. Very poor service would recommend you stay really far from this company.
