Do not buy Anglian Windows if you want a job done right Everything Anglian has installed has been of poor quality from a new external door to all the windows. I am not questioning the quality of the material. It’s about the quality of the installation if the installers do a poor job it doesn’t matter how good the product is, but you will still get draft, damp etc post installation. Our experience covered 4 different teams of installers and all their installations have required remedial work within 6 months. Most of the issues are to do with poor finish in terms of sealing the units externally and internally. Also, to hide the poor workmanship. Anglian installers will stick wide plastic trims to cover up poor work internally externally poor finish around the window and door frames will be noticeable to you. I would recommend using a reputable local independent installer. Had I looked at Which Reviews before hand I would have known they are rated poorly for quality of installation although the sales team are very good at selling windows and doors. Recommendation: Avoid Anglian Windows if you want value for money. Use an independent company instead.

Angilian Windows / Doors - Don't Buy it.. Very Bad Experience.. Front Door Lock Jammed since yesterday Sunday 15th March 3 pm , Can't open front door .. After contacting them online Chats - passed all the relevant info, and advised me to contact them early morning after the office opening hours, earliest Emergency appointment they can give me was on after 4 days on 19th March 2020. So, 10 years warranty that they give for all their products, no use... What will happen in EMERGENCY???? Even after asking them to put through to one of their manager on call, answer was , he is busy, he will call back!!!! I am waiting indoor to resolve since yesterday .... according to their staff, there is no arrangement for emergencies like this and we have to wait 4 to 5 days for an emergency appointment!!!!! I thought, Fire Door, Emergency exit is Priority !!!! but for ANGLIAN its not PRIORITY... So when anyone thinking of buy or Installing Anglian windows & Doors, please think TWICE!!!! Sorry I wouldn't even give single star for their service!!!!

Waste of time, why book an appointment and then cal me 5 minutes before to say they’ll be delayed by 2 hours. Ridiculous service, if it’s this bad turning up, imagine ordering from them!
