Went to collect a wok, got home to see it was badly dented - it was no longer round. I called back and the guy said he gave it because it was the last one. If it were me, I’d feel guilty even thinking of giving that to a customer. I went back a couple days later to get a refund, the lady at the till who processed my refund was competent and efficient. She made up for his uselessness. And from now, I check my orders even if boxed upon collection. Do the same to save yourself unnecessary wasting of time!!
