The thought of a new technology is daunting for me. It was an uphill challenge learning the new methods of block management but I realised that this will make my work so much easier and quicker. It has proved to do so and I am amazed with what it can do. I must also commend the staff at Blocks online who were very kind, friendly professional and extremely patient in getting me this far. I am very grateful for their input. The response time to queries is quick as well.

Really good service. Makes Managing Buildings very simple. Also the service offered when needing help with any issues you do have in terms of how to use certain aspects of the software the guys are really fast at responding. Highly recommend this company and this software.
Third time's the charm! We subscribed to two other software providers before finally settling on Blocks Online, we've now used them for about 18 months and very pleased with the service. Inevitably we had a few hiccups when setting up, but the support team helped resolved this quickly and they continue to assist with adding new headings and developing new elements to ensure the software remains top level. The interface is extremely simple and very user friendly, but the various modules allow you to use as much or as little of the system as you need so you can provide a more in depth service to your own clients if necessary. Hard to give a better review than saying we continue to use the platform, definitely recommend.
