My son's appointment was booked on 11/12/2020 for 11:10 am. I was told to come 5 min prior to the time, which we did. But just because of other patient was late we were taken exactly an hour late. However very pleased with service given by S. Mamdani, the dentist. They are good but no time management.

I am a patient of this Practice from good few years now. I can higly recommend them. Such a lovely staff - from receptionists to hygienist and dentists. Dr Kaxa Patel is amazing- very patient and always explain everything in details what needs to be done. Lovely place !!!

I have been registered with this dentist (only) for few years. I called in the morning to book an emergency dental appointment (as a private patient) which they declined to book. Their reason was that I was not seen in the last two years ?! This was not listed on your website \Covid-19 Practice Update\ !!!! You can't just dismiss patient for not being seen in the last 2 years. Due to current pandemic I have been avoiding the dentist for as long as possible...but as this is an emergency I have to see one. I am not a Covid positive Patient and I am NHS staff. I can't take time off !!! They even gave advice to call 111 after 6.30pm...why after 6.30pm? My tooth ache doesn't have a rota. What is the point of being registered with a dentist if they cannot accommodate when you need an emergency at least. I managed to call another dentist which were able to fit me in.

Rude receptionist... called this morning to enquire about an emergency dental appointment and was told they do don't that and then she hung up. This is despite their own website stating they are available for emergency appointments.
