Love this place as the staff in there are always so helpful and they are gamers and tech guys and girls too so they know what they are talking about and love to talk with you about it. I can honestly say one store I have never in over 10 years of using them have never had an issue. They will always try and help where they can. Defo recommended this store for trading, selling and busying used games, console and tech because they are good at it.

Fast service, nice staff, good social distancing practices
Just been there to get 2* micro SD cards and I've been extremely pleased with the service I've got. A big thank you to all the guys especially the guy with long hair and glasses. Many thanks guys , you made my day.
Its usually OK but I bought a gaming mouse and one of the buttons wasn't working correctly iy lind of missed a click now and again,this may seem trivial but my son who I bought the mouse for is a professional csgo player and its very important for him that it works 100% of the time but they couldn't find anything wrong with it despite the lady who took it to be tested saying you can feel there's an issue so in the end I had to sell it back to them at a big loss and buy another one at full price...the customer is always right and in this case he was 100 % correct because even though it didn't mess up every press it did it enough for him to complain about....
Had a refurb, helpful & knowledgeable staff. Decently refurbished electronic goods to buy with full guarantees, a reasonable price to sell unwanted tech for & get the money within 30 minutes.
Top service great shop staff are so lovely I really reccomend just got the wow factor
