I was excited to work with Clera at first, as they presented professionally and their pricing was competitive. However, I wasn't too pleased with their work. There were a number of issues with sealing around the two doors they installed. After calling them about the issues, I was assured they would come back to repair it. Nobody came. I followed up, and was again assured that someone would come back as soon as they could fit me in their schedule. Nobody ever showed up. Eventually, I just had someone else repair the issue.

I had a sliding glass door and 8 windows installed in my house. I live on the water and the windows and door have made a huge difference. They close so tightly not a single draft of air gets through. My house is much more comfortable now in the winter and the summer. Installation was clean and professional. I will be going back to Clera for any additional window needs and i have been telling my friends as well.
We purchased several windows from Clera Windows and we are pleased with the quality of the windows, the installation and 40 year warranty. Gary was very professional and brought a window sample for the quote. The price was extremely competitive. Rob the installer was very precise and efficient. A professional job all around. Definitely be calling Gary for our front door in the fall.
