Everyday Channel

On their webpage it says they deal with parking fines and tickets, which is 65 paid within 14 days and 130 if paid after 14 days but the guy Kumar wanted to charge me 1500.00 just to deal with it. Also he couldn't even speak English properly and didn't understand me straight away, as i had to keep repeating myself. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I really had a extremely bad experience with Housing department of DUNCAN LEWIS. Poor communication and customer services, rude solicitors and case workers with zero tolerance and sympathy. They might disappear in sudden and come back with funny excuses to close your case ,you have to keep chase them and be distress about your case, my case worker was always behind and when ever I had to contact her in emergency with new update she started to complain that I interrupt her and make me SO MUCH distress each time I needed to contact her. She and her director from Harrow branch treated me so unprofessional. they are only good at covering their mistake and blaming on client for different things and if you raise it they threaten to stop work on it, this is how they work. Working with them is wasting time, energy and money apart of being so stressful. You can not rely on them at all. So it’s better to don’t not start to work with them otherwise you might have to go through complaint procedures for new start with another firm or solicitor.

Contacted them several times, always promised to get a call back with in 24hrs, it's been a month with no sign of that call. Pathetic!
