Dear Mr Steve Cann, thank you very much for your review regarding the behaviour of our staff. We take all negative reviews seriously and, as such, we have carried out an investigation in to your allegations and can confirm that the behaviour that you describe was conducted by construction workers from another company. I would also like to add that we did obtain evidence at the time to prove that the damage to the door was not caused by our staff and that none of our staff were dealt with by the Police.
