Good service but it's an old small building. I had 2 people in front of me and had to squeeze in so I didn't have to wait in the middle of the street.

Very poor customer experience and the workers are trained to find ways to survive their own skins and not being out of work to ensure more money goes into the company. I have been a long serving customer for many years with Enterprise and now I will cut them off completely and I will strongly advise to all my clients and my network to not pursue any further rentals with this company. Enterprise have not refunded my excess fee and I have proof that they have used it on previous damages to a vehicle that I have rented. No further investigations have been made and they have closed the case. It's not a correct way of business but to them it make senses to scam the customers to survive during the pandemic. No stars would have been given if possible.

I would recommend this place for others. Professional and helpful staff. Didn't have problems with them. Just need to have a credit card to proof your address even though they say you can pay with debit card.

At collection we were given a car with the tank half empty. We asked for a full tank as all other companies we've used have given it at full tank. This was only told to us after reservation, so hard to cancel at this point and wasn't in the T&Cs. So at the end we tried really hard to return it at half tank but of course it's hard to estimate, so we gave it back three quarters full. I KNOW that Enterprise would have calculated the price of petrol if we had given it back with LESS and charged us for it, but they pretended they couldn't calculate the extra petrol we gave it back with. They could have used the exact same rate and refunded us, but no. So they made a nice extra profit out of us. The staff knew it was unfair as he offered that our next lease would be discounted (by how much extra petrol we had given, again showing they COULD have calculated it if they wanted to) but of course didn't give us anything in writing.
