Really friendly staff, but the first of all, hand car wash. For anybody, who's not lazy, super solution. One star less only, for... a cup of coffee. Yes, a cup of coffee. When You're going out, and turning right, this big cup of coffee, simply covers the way on Your right. All the rest is really ok:)I recommend with a clear conscience.

Terrible experience went to fill up petrol in broad day light not wearing a mask or anything suspicious, due to me driving a nice 5 series this guy decided to stop my pump halfway and make me pay, acting as if he did not stop it, claiming my tank must've been full. Unaware that I am far too familiar with petrol stations being able to stop the pump, went inside and requested him to let me continue to pump gad and showed him I had the cash to pay, I spotted he wrote my license plate on a piece of paper and was being very evasive and defensive. I requested to speak to the manager who he claimed I would have to return in 2 weeks in order to speak to a manager to complain. (Please see picture you can see him try to hide the piece of paper).
Prices at Esso Harrow Wealdstone is slow to come down but very quick to put up. They do not follow the price ethics of other petrol stations. I have stopped using them and wish other motorists do the same
