The doctor won’t even visit me, he just speak on the phone and dismiss my symptoms even if my blood tests confirm something is wrong. If you are unwell and need help go somewhere else because they are just going to tell you that the doctor is not in, he never is. I don’t recommend it at all. Update: Apparently it takes at least 3/4 days to get an answer from the doctor by email, if any at all.

Filled the form online to register and following website instructions went to show Id etc. The lady was rude, didn't know what we are talking about and told us to come back other day as they are closing in half an hour. Came back the other day earlier hour, the same lady still didn't know anything and left us outside (me 8th month pregnant) in heavy rain while she went to talk to her colleague. We were waiting and waiting, rain was getting even heavier and called the door again, so maybe at least we can wait inside as we were getting really soaked. No one came so we have decided to leave as we don't want to get sick waiting for people that supposed to prevent and cure.

Not too difficult to get appointment. Staff are always polite and helpful. Have been with the surgery for many years and consider Dr Wasu a good GP who always takes time to listen to his patients and address their concerns.

The worst GP I ever had in London. Going there with my baby(1yo) with hand-foot and mouth disease and telling me he have measles and to keep him 10days in the house. Besides that, it treats everything with superficiality...once I had to tell him to check the throat and ears...
