Customer retention is based on making cancellation impossible, try this gym if you still want to be charged for membership even after cancelling! This should be illegal. Good businesses make their customers lives easier, not more difficult.

DO NOT use this gym, unless you want to still be charged for membership even after cancelling!! Management is awful, so unprofessional. What they say on the phone is different to what they reply back to emails. It took me a long email conversation, several phone calls and 3 visits to the gym to finally get my membership fully cancelled. They even sent me a debt collector letter for something I HAD ALREADY PAID for. I needed to go to my bank and get them a statement as well as they refused to update my membership account. Never using Golds gym again!! Not worth the hassle.

Struggling to get them to understand that making me book gym time is NOT part of the contract I signed. I gave them 30 days notice and even offered to pay the final month but it’s still not quite sinking in with their membership department. I’d get more sense out of one of the treadmills. My advice would be to avoid using this gym.

Good gym many floors and swimming pool is very clean. Steam room and sauna are cleaned. Nice facilities. Not world class but try catch their membership offers for 25...that's the real value.
