Disappointing service - turning up 20 mins late (advised 10 mins late) and charged my elderly parents still full price. Called to say that charging full price was a little out of order and then they asked “so what do you want me to do??” I said take into consideration on next journey as use a lot and then response was “it’s their choice”.
