Im doing the MOT at this garage for last 2 years and i like that they really checked my van properly and highlighted the issues. Not like other garages who rush through the tests, they took time and inspected it properly. Being super busy after the New Year holiday i had to fix the issues found elsewhere but as i said above i admire the way how they checked the safety aspects and i feel better not knowing my van is safe and sound.

I would not recommend this garage to my worst enemy. Firstly the customer service is highly unprofessional. When you email them or call them they are very abrupt and just reply with one line or just simply get to the point. There is no rapport or empathy they simply want your money. When I had my car done for a simple repair they magically found other things wrong. For example the brake light wasn’t working when it was before I bought it to the garage. When you challenge them they dismiss you and say ‘do you want it fixed or not’ The charges are also extraordinary. To charge 90 an hour is simply daylight robbery. They also make you wait longer if one of their ‘regulars’ or friends bring their car. They make you wait in the freezing cold and don’t even offer a drink. Will never use this company again.

We will come back here for service on our car for sure. We got our car serviced, cleaned and MOT in a matter of 5 days! Highly recommended.
