I cannot believe that the promised step free access project appears to be nowhere nearer completion than after the first lockdown . When I asked TFL at the time they cited lockdown as the reason work had stalled, but since then we are more aware of the precautions that need to be taken to minimise infection risk. Moreover, a large part of the work could have safely gone ahead as it's partly in the open and partly in an area (the ticket concourse) where it's spacious and semi open, plus there is the added advantage of far fewer passengers than normal.

Staff not that helpful. Men’s toilets are outside the ticket barrier, so not much help. The signs are not clear for platforms, which is frustrating. Many delays also.
Great park around this station
Harrowed on the Hill more like: this is not a good station to get stuck in when Metropolitan services are failing – no snack concessions or even humble vending machines within the gates, the concourse is exposed and draughty. Also inaccessible to disabled people, however that is going to change eventually with the ongoing construction of lifts.
I work here and i would like to say it is disgusting. The majority off the staff do not wash their hands when using the toilets ( i use the staff toilets). The cleaning team are absolutely useless the staion is covered in mess all they do is sit, drink cofee and smoke cigarettes in the station parade. The back area where the bins are , are horrendous. Weeks go by without bin collection and there are rats everywhere
