If there was a rating for less than one star, this practice would have received it! 10 minutes late after public transport made it so. The receptionist, came to the door whilst it was raining outside (no mask and no distance regulations followed), to inform one that I would have to reschedule, though no one was in the practice. She did not invite me inside the reception, herself breaking the Covid regulation. She came from behind her reception protection screen and came within a few cm, distance from me with no mask on and spoke to me at the door. I too had no mask as I was outside How can the establishment use Covid to disrespect the client when they themselves are not following the guidelines, she put me at risk. We do not recommend this dentist after its new management. receptionist also had not even a vague idea of treatments available and simply suggested that I would have to speak to the dentist. They seem very non-client based, unknowledgeable and obviously have no idea about the Covid regulations, considering the fact that the only reason I was not invited in was on the basis of Covid.
