The best decision I made was to join this club. Sensei Eddie is a brilliant instructor and his teaching and training is so much better than going to the gym. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to keep fit and learn self defence. Five stars all the way. Kam

Fastastic way to learn self defence techniques and work out. Sensei Eddie makes it interesting and enjoyable for kids, my girls have been going for 5 yrs and they love it!!
