Absolutely terrible reception assistance.....drs make prescriptions and they dont go through....they make you wait days for your medicine....they make many misdiagnosis and they will bruise your arms when taking blood...this is a very hazardous surgery

I give one star because I cannot give zero. The first gp in my life where you have to bring your own copy of ID and prove of address... they don't have a printer in the 2019... So greedy and the receptionist was too busy too watch her stuff on the computer, so helpless. She looked at me like if I was a fool when I've asked her a pen to fill the form. I will NEVER register there.

My mother uses the surgery and give the staff a 5 *, and the Doctors a 4*, little room for improvement but in today's climate it's 1 to register with.

Called today to make an appointment as my son was sick. Not registered here as just moved to the area. They wouldn't even see him as a emergency. Offered to pay but the receptionist just had one word answers.. Yes, No, Yes, No??. Useless people.
