It is not often that we would we would reach out to provide feedback on a service received but on this occasion we really wanted to as it had simply exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier! From the moment Mr Hemant and his team arrived they were very friendly, courteous and above all accommodating. They went above and beyond in every respect including helping to move the vast amounts of furniture in order that they could lay down their carpet and all while with a big smile on their faces. Their workmanship was of top quality and faultless. They also hoovered and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. In short, whilst we are really happy with the carpet itself we feel that we would recommend family and friends to purchase carpets from you in future provided the fitting is carried out by Mr Hemant and his team. We would like to take this opportunity to also thank you for helping us to choose a carpet that we love and for accommodating our delayed fitting.

I would definitely recommend Kenton Carpet. I moved into my new house and was looking to carpets for the whole house. We visited Kenton Carpet and met a very nice gentleman called Arun. Arun has excellent knowledge on carpets and his friendly professional approach, willing to always help, but he understand the customers needs. He supplied us with excellent quality carpets and his fitting team (Hemant & team) were brilliant, fitted the carpet to the highest standards and no mess left. This is the first time we used Kenton, as I previously used my long standing carpet supplier, it was Arun's knowledge and his professionalism won the business. Massive collection and large quantities. 5 star service. Thank you Arun. Highly recommend!
