I met Lorraine back in 2017. I suffer from PTSD. Back then it was really hard for me to even get up from bed. I lost interest in everything. Lorraine is a really warm person and made me feel comfortable and safe straight away. She is professional and always there when I really needed her. I will always be grateful to her for the life I am doing now. I decided to go back to Uni and get my life back. I wouldn't be able to make it here today, without Lorraine's help. We did exposure therapy, EMDR-she was always ready with her equipment-, and talking, lots of talking! I strongly recommend her, I still use some of the techniques she taught me when I feel a little bit anxious, even though my life isn't like it was before I start therapy.

Terrible. In short, utterly useless and unprofessional. Dire experience. No contract, made no attempt to explain pitfalls of funding someone else's sessions, demonstrated blatant favouritism during sessions and unreliable. All red flags with the BCAP. Terrible experience. Would not recommend if you have any kind of serious anxiety or relationship issues. Pseudointellectual. Complete waste of money and time. Actually managed to make matters worse. Had to seek further treatment to counteract the horrendous feelings I was left with after her sessions. Put simply.... APPALLING. STAY CLEAR! Spend your money on something more productive ,another councillor or a holiday... or even charity. It will have more benefit. Given herself 5 stars on here.... says a lot about her integrity.
