Dr Sally , my apologies for taking so long to leave a testimonial for your fantastic services. I came to you in October 2020 with excruciating pain in both my knees due to torn cartilages. You were absolutely fabulous in diagnosing the problem and knew exactly what treatment would be most effective for me in the short term as well as the long term. You definitely put my mind at ease and the pain was reduced even after my first session with you. I can truly say that you are the very best therapist I have had the pleasure to attend. Your wisdom, knowledge and mode of employing your very unique techniques helped me enormously to put my mind at ease from the outset. I would definitely highly recommend you to anybody who needs help with any ailments from body pain, injuries to stress disorder, tiredness, sleep disorder and more. If I could give more stars I would!. I have never had acupuncture before but after weeks of pain from my neck to my shoulder that was moving down my arm to my fingers, getting worse on a daily basis, not even to be able to open or close a car door, and a painful struggle to put my Bra on, I decided to browse the internet for a local massage therapist. I was not sure of what treatment I needed. after a thorough phone consultation, Dr lily suggested that a 90 min acupuncture therapy would be the best way to start. That first treatment felt like a miracle. Dr lily was so professional and explained everything of what she was doing to get my whole body running effectively. I opted for a course of five 90 minute treatments. I have just finished my fourth and I cant believe the difference in me, not only is my shoulder feeling free with no pain, my other ailments that I didn't even go in for have subsided. Constipation, of which I had been suffering for literally months, and a bad hip that was caused by a road accident years ago, that left me limping the first five steps after sitting, is now non existent! I would never had believed it. I cant recommend highly enough. Just BRILLIANT!!!!!
I have had my fair share of massages and I would rate this treatment at the top. This is a treatment more than just a relaxing massage. I came out feeling lighter on my feet. I had lower back problems for a week prior to my treatment and I'm feeling much, much better. I also have a problem with my knee due to a bike accident and the 1 hour treatment I had really helped me out alot. Thanks so much and I will definitely be returning.
She was very thorough and technically detailed. I came with sore groin, ankles and back.... 90 mins later absolutely loose without having my muscles beaten up as I usually do with a sports massage. Friendly and great pricing deffo will become a regular customer.
In recent weeks I was experiencing really bad muscle soreness from running. I decided to get a Massage at Lovely Therapy rather than the normal deep tissue massage I get elsewhere. Dr Lilly is fantastic, she is very attentive to the areas of the body that needs working on. Dr Lilly used a combination of methods and could tell she knows from experience the specific pressure points to relax muscle groups. Cleanliness and hygiene is number 1 priority due to pandemic and Dr Lilly takes this seriously. I arrived early and Dr Lilly was thoroughly cleaning the place when I arrived. She worn a mask throughout the massage. I felt amazing the next day! Great Massage!
