Very professional and friendly. In the past I have used various dentist and compared to them this Place is very good.
So you say your dentist or staff did not make a mistake funny how one of your staff said to us that they saw the letter that my mother provided and marked on the system as evidence seen. Then you say your not sure if the person had seen it as they no longer work there. Funny just few weeks ago one of your staff said they didn't even know there was 2 types of benefits, one that does get you free and the other that doesn't That's funny as I thought you owned the dentist practice and you should know what's happening. You may want to check your telephone recordings when your staff admited to us it was thro mistake. Seems like you have no idea what is going on at YOUR dentist. Check the system again that shows evidence seen. Wouldn't be a surprise if its disappeared from there just like the staff that saw it has

THIS PLACE HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING, - STARS, SAID TO MY MUM SHE GETS FREE DENTAL, THEY SAW THE BENEFIT FORMS SIGNED IT OFF AND EVEN SAID TO US THEY HAVE VALIDATED, THEN WE GOT FINE FROM NHS AS MY MUM WAS NOT ENTITLED TO FREE AND DENTIST SAID THEY MADE MISTAKE BUT ARE NOW SAYING THE GIRL THAT SAW THE FORM AND SIGNED IT OFF HAS NOW LEFT SO WE HAVE TO PAY THE FINE. CANT SPEAK ENGLISH CANT DO ANYTHING WASTE OF TIME, TAKEN DENTIST TO COURT SO SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ANYTIME SOON. ALL OF THE STAFF IGNORANT AND SAY WILL RING BACK BUT WASTE OF TIME
