Disappointed visit today. I’ve been out of network for 3 days, asked me to wait 2 hours and come back. Esim not connecting to the network and nothing they can do. Only solution offered was to buy a pay as I go sim with another number.... This is honestly unheard of. Staff seems kind but has no clue. I spoke to each single member who told me different stories. At the end I’m blocked with a phone that I cannot use, cannot be reached and O2 cannot help me. Amazing!

Be wary of this shop and the older lady manager. Went there a few weeks ago and had the same issues that I had a couple of years ago. They are mainly interested in giving full attention to customers buying something. Anything else they say you have to call customer services who will tell you that the shop could have dealt with your query. That's twice they have done this to me now and wasted my time. The lady manager told me she'd fixed a connection issue with my phone and walked away but had just restarted it. If you can, go to another O2 shop which have always been great in my experience. The pass the buck type service and questionable management of this shop stands out a mile.

I have been to Harrow Store for a upgrate. There was a very sweet lady Natalia, she was very knowledgeable and professional, she offered my a very good deal and make me to bring all my family from EE. Denise the manager was brilliant, thanks guys. I WILL definitively comeagain.
