Friendly but professional. I would highly recommend this shop, Phil was very helpful and spent time chatting and explaining everything to us, even tho he could of made more money out of us on the type of cars we originally went in for he showed us and explained why one of the cars was not really suitable for my youngest. My youngest now loves the car Phil recommended more then the original one he wanted. It was also nice to see some of Phil's regular customers while in there, some has being returning for 20-30 years. Lovely experience that you dont find much anymore, i will definitely be returning for all future purchases.

I was looking for someone to fix my bait boat for fishing, I phoned around three companies no one seem to be able to fix it, I see Phil shop on Google and I gave him a call, he was really nice and helpful and said to me to bring the boat down to him, I took the boat to Phil the next day and he fixed it no problem and at a reasonable price ! I would recommend Phil to anyone he a really nice gentleman and a really helpful person!,from now on I have a load of grandchildren and I will be buying all my remote control stuff from Phil . I have been to this shop only twice - first to buy a little drone and next to buy some model collector edition cars - then a third time to get help to fly the drone! The gentleman there is very knowledgeable, helpful - very old English style. Very hard to see such places these days and I am grateful I live close to such a place. I wish I could state this when I put my house on sale! Everyone is trying to sell their goods on the internet, but who would give you a live demo on lying a drone? Not the internet shop! I give 5 stars to the knowledge, the service and honesty that I experienced. A little nugget of a shop. If you want to buy a model aircraft or a model R/C car this is the man to ask and buy from. He doesn't have a vast range of drones, but for a starter the stuff he has is more than enough coupled with his fantastic demo. I can fly a drone in my living room thanks to him and the demo.

Rude guy. Only rude whenever it comes to the customer being brown or black. This guy is a racist. I was being nice and asked him questions about my RC car however he just told me to get out. A few weeks later, I went to see him again. He had his front door locked and when i knocked on it he didnt wanna let me in. Disgusting
